DETAILED SPECIFICATION:
Deck
- Jarrah decking with Life-calk 2pack to decks and saloon roof.
- Foredeck
- Anchor winch - Lofran Tigress Windlass 24v Bosch Motor with hand-control. Winch is mounted at gunnel rail height (40cm) above deck with chain gypsy and rope windlass giving straight run from the bowsprit roller. Chain drops direct into chain-locker via the chain-pipe.
- Anchor 10kg Bruce.
- Deck hatch into forward cabin
- Galvanised tabernacle for main mast which be lowered on swivel bolt
- Six-man canister life raft mounted on saloon deck
- The deck has a clear walkway all around with stainless-steel push pit and pulpit stanchions with gates port/starboard
- Aft deck has a double locker which houses the gas bottles and the tabernacle for the mizzen mast with stainless-steel davits mounted on the gunnel rail.

Wheelhouse
Entrance doors port and starboard into the wheel house. These slide into a glazed, weather housing which allow them to be partly opened to vary ventilation into the wheelhouse
Fore cabin
Flooring – varnished mahogany.
The bow section is the chain locker with lift-off door with 80mtrs of 3/8 chain.
Two single berths can convert to double. On the starboard side there are lockers with sliding doors
The 50 gallon stainless-steel fresh-water tank is under the forward end of the bunks with 2 lockers at the side under the bunks
On the Starboard side forward is the heads with two lockers and a shelf. The Lavac toilet is fitted with electric and hand pump. The hand basin incorporate a shower hose fed from the calorifier. The shower drains via a teak floor grating to a stainless-steel tray beneath which is pumped out via the Lavac system(electric or manual)
Main cabin
Flooring – varnished mahogany. Varnished pitch-pine deck beams with white deck-head. Structural timbers are mainly pitch-pine with bulkheads in teak-faced ply. All varnished. Fully zipped upholstery in discrete pattern fabric with piped edges. Altogether a warm and attractive interior.
Portside
The galley is forward with stainless-steel sink with hot and cold freshwater plus Whale seawater footpump. Locker under. Electric water-gauge.
Worktop Formica with fridge under.
Gas cooker with 2 rings grill and oven all with safety cut outs. - pots and pans under
At the back of the galley is area with series of divided sections for plates cups etc/
Coming aft is a 2 seater seat with 4 drawers under and 4 at the back with a large shelf. behind
Finally, there is a small vertical locker containing a TV/radio amplifier. There is a Blaupunkt radio/tape player built in to the locker. There is room for a small TV on top
Starboard
A double settee/bunk with storage behind and below.
Varnished table with fiddles is fitted on a central stainless-steel pole which slides up/down so that it can be used at any height. It is stored against the roof.
There are three steps up through a sliding door {mortis lock) into the wheelhouse
Wheelhouse
There is a step down from the side-decks onto the floor which is fully removable in six polished Jarrah decking to gain access to engine room, each lifts with a recessed chrome ring.
Aft is the navigation area with chart locker.
Helmsman’s seat on adjustable pedestal. Traditional spoked wheel with Vetus MT50 hydraulic steering, which is very positive and linked to CeTrek 730 auto-pilot.
All the navigation equipment is listed separately (1).

The owner is a retired mechanical and electrical engineer who has built and maintained the boat to a high standard. Reason for sale is that family have grown up and moved away.
